Details and Reminders
All students should make plans to arrive on Monday, June 22nd, before 8:30am, unless you are riding the bus from CANE Kitchen. Registration will open at 7:45am in Cowan Elementary School in the gymnasium. After registration, we will meet for the Opening Assembly.
KOTC students will spend the day at Cowan Community Center, 81 Sturgill Branch, Whitesburg, KY 41858. 606.633.3187 for Logan Dollarhide, KOTC Camp Coordinator.
For local kids who do not live on Cowan: The KOTC bus pick up is at 8:10 am at CANE Kitchen.
For KOTC participants who have parents attending CCMMS: Please bring to Cowan Elementary School each morning between 8:20-8:30. Transportation to the Cowan Community Center for KOTC programming will be provided from this location.
Breakfast (8AM) and lunch (Noon) will be served at Cowan Elementary School for those participating in the Kids on the Creek program of the Cowan Creek Mountain Music School.
We must have signed transportation releases, medical, food/allergy, and permission to photograph/video for each child. Please note the attached form with this email.
Pick up for Kids on the Creek participants will be at CANE Kitchen at 4 PM, except Friday.
