KOTC bus dropoff is at 8:15 am at CANE Kitchen, 38 College Dr, Whitesburg, KY 41858 . KOTC students will spend the day at Cowan Community Center, 81 Sturgill Branch, Whitesburg, KY 41858. You may also drop your KOTC student off at the Cowan Community Center by 9 am if you prefer.
Parents/Guardians who are taking instrument or songwriting classes and have children/youth who are enrolled in Kids on the Creek, we must have signed transportation releases for each child who rides the Cowan shuttle! Breakfast and lunch will be served at the Cowan Community Center and is included in your fee for the week. This means your KOTC student will not need to eat breakfast before traveling to the Community Center.

| 8:00 AM | ** Monday, June 22nd @ 7:45AM Registration: @ Cowan Elementary School. Please check in and collect your name tag and packet. Breakfast: @ CANE Kitchen for those participants taking class at Cowan Elementary School. Kids on the Creek: @Cowan Community Center. |
| 8:00-8:10 AM | Transportation: Kids on the Creek participants needing a ride to the Cowan Community Center, please gather at CANE Kitchen (38 College Dr, Whitesburg, KY 41858). |
| 8:20-8:30 AM | Transportation: Kids on the Creek participants needing a ride to the Cowan Community Center, may also gather at Cowan Elementary School (3125 S State Hwy 931, Whitesburg, KY 41858.) |
| 9:00 AM – NOON | Morning Classes: Banjo, fiddle, guitar, singing, and dulcimer classes are held at the Cowan Elementary School (3125 S State Hwy 931, Whitesburg, KY 41858). Kids on the Creek will be held at at Cowan Community Center. |

| 1:30 PM | Master Recitals @ Cowan Community Center Monday: All Faculty Recital Tuesday: Sarah & Ron Howard Wednesday: Derek Wall Thursday: George Gibson Friday: Youth String Band Youth Workshops @ Cowan Community Center Daily workshops for youth led by KOTC Teaching Artists will be held simultaneously to the concert. These will be posted in Whova and on-site. |
